Too good to be true?

Too good to be true?

Finding a job on the internet can save you valuable time, but it's important to be aware of the dangers. If a job seems too good to be true, then it probably is.

A small number of customers have reported seeing adverts for opportunities to 'work from home' or 'become a mystery shopper for the financial trade' that actually turn out to be adverts from an individual involved in money laundering. If you see an advert that looks suspicious please report it to Customer Services.

We have been made aware of some cases where the 'job' would actually involve receiving large sums of money by cheque and paying this into your personal bank account to transfer into the 'employer's' account.

If you see an advert that describes this activity or seems suspicious in any way, please send a copy of the email to our Customer Services team at customerservices@fish4.co.uk
